The Verizon Care Smart app offers a comprehensive suite of features for eligible models such as Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch when connected to Verizon network through a valid plan. With the Care Smart app, users can easily activate and manage the Get Help - Professional Monitoring service offered by Care Smart, among other features.
By subscribing to the Get Help - Professional Monitoring service, users can have access to round-the-clock assistance from trained agents. In case of emergencies, users can simply tap the watch's dedicated Get Help button or when a fall is detected, prompting an immediate response from a Get Help agent. These agents are capable of notifying emergency services with the user's precise location and can even involve a trusted personal contact through conference calls.
To further streamline the process, Care Smart incorporates a Trust Circle feature. This feature enables the user's chosen contacts to stay informed about their location and receive notifications when an agent closes their case.
It's important to note that while the Verizon Care Smart Watch is compatible with the Care Smart app, it does not support the Get Help services. However, it does offer communication capabilities and location tracking through the Care Smart app, allowing the user's contacts to interact with and locate the watch.
In addition, Care Smart Get Help - Professional Monitoring is now available for eligible models of Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy Watch, and Google Pixel Watch as part of the Verizon MyPlan SmartWatch Data and Safety Perk.
